She is survived by: her close friend Rugby; her husband Matt Smith; her pet Rugby; her parents, Dan Bellavia and Kim Bellavia; her sisters, Abi Bellavia (Drew Wise) and Sara Doty (Kurt); her grandmother Patricia Bellavia; her sisters, Jessica Colf and Tasha Portenier; and her parents-in-law, Alan and Rosemary Smith. She is also survived by numerous loving grandparents, in-laws, aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins and friends.
