He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dinzler and Claire Dinzler (Higgins); his brother William Tobey; and his niece Claire R. Dinzler. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert M. Tobey (Donna) and Philip Dinzler (Annette). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
