With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Edwards of Naples, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on January 15, 2023 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bob Edwards (Bob); her mother Mildred Peyton Lafler Kling; her stepfather Lewis Kling; her father Daniel Lafler; her sisters, Madge Edwards and Mary Fender; her son Stephen Shay; her brother-in-law Otto Edwards; and her pets, Pug Nose, Panda and Kahlua.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Finnegan, Sararose Beechner (Barry), Stan Shay (Kathy Wood) and Stacey Shay; her children-in-law, Vicky Shay and Alan Heffron; her close friend Dawn Hall (Dawnie); and her grandchildren, Susan, Raymond, Christina, Aleen, Anisa, Daniel, Christopher, Brittany, Shane and Kurt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, many great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
