He is survived by: his children, Don Mackenzie (Tina) and Bonnie Mackenzie (Shawn); his sister Tam Spitzer (Elizabeth); his nieces and nephews, Donald Hughes and Shannon Hughes; and his former wife Frances Mackenzie.
