He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Tyler and Walter Tyler; his wife Bridget; his siblings, Tom Simenson, Robert Simenson and Lorraine Simenson; and his siblings-in-law, Peter Morgan, Mary Dadario, Susan Hill and Anna Garvey.

He is survived by: his pets, Bandit, Lucky, Sophie, Cody, Tippy and Jake; his friends, Jack Tully, Joe, Maggie Tully, Richie, Kelly Waldron, John, Carol Enders and Kelly Hoehmann; his children, Timothy, Jennifer and Teresa; his children-in-law, Jodi Tyler (Tim) and Jesse (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Julianna Bravo and Jamil Bravo; his cousins, Larry, Marge Lioi, Tina, Frank Servidio and Lawrence LaGumina; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Jordan, Joan Reilly, James, John Morgan and Mary Morgan (Peter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
