He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola D'Angelo and Guiditta D'Angelo; his brother Charlie; his sister-in-law Jane; and his brother Nick.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Charlie (Debbi), Mike (Brenda), Barbara and Nicole (Andy); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Annmarie, Charlie, Jessica, Stephanie, Matt, Brianna, Megan and Ryan; and also Carter.

In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Anthony's Church.
