He is survived by: his parents, Tranquilino Fajardo and Consuelo Fajardo; his wife Perlita "Perl"; his daughters, Melinda Kantor and Michele Wang; his sons-in-law, Jeffrey Kantor and Stephen Wang; his grandchildren, Leo Kantor, Isabel Kantor and Anabela Wang; and his brother Tranquilino Fajardo, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
