She was predeceased by: her husband John Sullivan; and her brothers, Donald and Kevin Smith. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Evangelista (Anthony), John Sullivan, Kerryann Kiely (Mike) and Maureen O'Neill (Bobby); her sister Patricia Karnbach of Winston-Salem, NC; her sister-in-law Vera Sullivan; her brother Michael; and her sister-in-law Patsy Sullivan.
