He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Wilbur R. Homer Jr.; his wife Elizabeth Hopkins; his mother Rosalie Tompkins Jr. (Walter) of Plymouth; his stepdaughter Bella of Munnsville; his siblings, Tammy Patterson (Ron) of Oneida, Geraldine "Missy" Stout (Samuel) of Oneida, Mary Homer (Jesse Alter, Sr.) of Oneida, Bud Homer (Penny Steeprock) of Syracuse, Brandon Homer (Bev) of Oneida and Jordan Homer (Ana) of Hurley; and his mother-in-law Patricia Hopkins of Sherrill. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins and many beloved friends.
