He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Percy Fox and May Penfold Fox; his wife Emolene "Nellie" Evans; his children, Kathleen Shantel of Munnsville and Ray; his daughter-in-law Susan Fox of Munnsville; his grandchildren, Tracy Shantel, Jim Shantel (Sondra), Morgan Fox (Cameron Law) and Erika Fox; his great grandchildren, Jacob (Sophia) and Justin Shantel; his great great grandchild Brantley; his son-in-law Francis "Butch" Shantal; and his sister Daphne Thompson.
