She is survived by: her children, Linda Appis (Mike), Robert Collins, Karen Benson (Carl) and Scott Collins; and her grandchildren, Laura Davidow, Jason DiBiase (Jordyn) and Matthew Collins (Stacie). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
