With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Mattice Fernaays (Mumford, New York), who passed away on December 5, 2022 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Hoag and Mabel Hoag; her husbands, Kenneth Mattice and Nelson Fernaays; her children, Mary Ann O'Dell and Kenneth; and her children-in-law, Barbara Mattice and Robert Claud.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Claud, Don, Theresa Mattice, Gary and Anne Marie Mattice; and her siblings, Kathleen Milliman, Betty McClurg, Eleanor Landers and James "Buster" Hoag (Norma). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Church.
