Underwood Jr.; her children, Howard Underwood III (Tracy), Jason Underwood (Kelly), Shane Underwood, Christina Bice (James, II) and Nicole Eaton (William); her father Louis Holley (Virginia); her siblings, Cindy Samson (Terry), Lois Shero and Louis Holley Jr. (Donna); her pets, Rosco, Sadi and Sammy; and her mother June L. Holley. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
