She is survived by: her children, Billy N. McCoy (Annetta) of Savannah, Georgia, Kim A. Wingfield of Griffin and Juliet A. Brewton (William) of Hagan, Georgia; her siblings, Thelma E. Powell of Suffolk, Virginia, Beverly Brinson (Roy) of Hagan, Georgia and Dale Boone (Faye) of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Shanikki, Crystal, Kevin, Miyesha, Kyle, Jaired, Kinyana, Jaylen, Orenthial, Julian and Julius. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harpers Funeral Home (125 Broad St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Historic Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church (1268 Mt Pleasant Rd, Claxton, GA 30417).
