He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Roy Russell Sr. and Jean Marie Perry; his significant other Jacqueline; his brothers, John and Kevin; his siblings-in-law, Patti and John Falotico; his son Robert; his grandchildren, Sean, Logan, Jessica, Jeanette Welsh (Mark Jennings), Anastasia Clohessy (Welsh) and John Clohessy; his great grandchild Emma; his grandson Kevin Welsh (Nadia); his great grandchildren, Sami and Ryan; his siblings, Michael Russell and Jeanmarie Falotico (Russell); and also Josephine Russell (Costello). He was also cherished by his siblings were raised by their father.
