She was predeceased by: her husband Joaquim "Jack" Sebastiao. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary (Heliodoro Mendes) and Jacqueline (Thomas Forman); and her granddaughters, Alyssa Sebastiao Mendes and Jacqueline Forman Meisner (Keith Meisner).
