He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfonso Mian and Felicita Mian; his wife Nancy Ellen Scheffer; his sons, Robert and Peter; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Lauren and Breanna.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Clare of Assisi Church, Bronx, NY, Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, 171 Salt Point Turnpike, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603, In lieu of flowers, donations in Louis's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
