Emiddio Licursi Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emiddio Licursi (Mount Vernon, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 5, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elena Licursi and Pietro Licursi; his siblings, Domenico, Ricardo and Adelaide; his significant other Maria Stella Pucci; his sons, Peter (Giselle) and Paul (Maria); his grandchildren, Emiddio (Helena), Marielle, Elena (Dennis), Paul (Keira), Marissa (Ryan), Matthew (Sophia) and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Piero, Elena and Myles. He was also cherished by his children's, grandchildren's spouses as part of his extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharpe Funeral Home (584 Gramatan Ave, Mt Vernon, NY 10552). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Church (28 W Sidney Ave, Mt Vernon, NY 10550). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Calvary Hospital in Emiddio's honor.
