Denise Larkin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denise Larkin of Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on January 14, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Sgammato (Sgamo) and Barbara Iocca (Nina); and her siblings, Anthony, Frankie, Jimmy Sgammato and Marlene DeEsso.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Larkin (Susan), Jacqueline Golinello and Christopher Larkin (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ronald, Larkin Jr. (Samantha), Anthony Larkin (Tara), Marissa Geyer (Ian), Nicholas Larkin, Julia Larkin, Olivia Larkin (Anthony) and Frankie Golinello; her great grandchildren, Ronald III, Enzo, Giovanni, Roland and Thomas; and her brother Phillip Sgammato.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yannantuono Burr Davis Sharpe Funeral Home (584 Gramatan Ave, Mt Vernon, NY 10552). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (95 Kings Hwy, New Rochelle, NY 10801).
