She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda; her mother Juanita Maddox of Mount Vernon, NY; her close friend George Nelson of Yonkers, NY; her siblings, Lois Kim Lane of Elmsford, NY, Leonora Maddox and Daniel Tolliver of Mount Vernon, NY; her brother-in-law Mitchell Lane of Elmsford, NY; her aunts, Shirley Dorsey of Mount Vernon, NY, Delores Maddox and Jackie Day; her nieces and nephews, Deran Maddox, Tianna Lane, Arnold M. Lane Jr., Tyricka McGuinness-Samuel, Aubrey Marrow, Karla Cal and Katrina Tolliver; her sister Ann Nelson-Price (John); her nieces and nephews, Shawn Gardner, Jamel Nelson, Wesley Nelson and Isaac Nelson; and also, Rhonda Maddox of Greensboro, NC, William "Billy" Fowlkes of Hempstead, LI, Cleveland Scott of Charlotte, NC, Daniel King Maddox-Green of Greensboro, NC. and Janiya Kim Maddox-Moore of Greensboro, NC..
