It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Rago Sr. of Mount Vernon, New York, who passed away on March 17, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Anthony Rago Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rago and Victoria Rago (Destasio); his wife Marie; and his siblings-in-law, Nicholas Libertino, John Tangredi and Patricia Libertino.
He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Rago Jr. (Cathy) and Jeffrey Rago (Amber); his grandchildren, Christina Citriniti (Savino), Nicolaus Rago, Miranda Rago, Legion Rago, Rory Rago and Finn Rago; his sister Cathy Tangredi; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Libertino, Theresa Craparo (Michael) and Deborah Libertino. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
