She was predeceased by: her brothers, Leonard Jerome Matteson Jr. and William Bleeker Matteson; her father Leonard Jerome Matteson Sr.; her husband Frank Elliott Sisson; her mother-in-law Lila Hazel Sisson Matteson; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Sisson Stork and Lucy Sisson Brown; and also Mary Jo.

She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Elliott "Skip" Sisson and Marilee Matteson; her children, Frank Elliott Sisson (Ellen Taylor Sisson) of New Canaan, Connecticut, Benjamin Hawes Sisson (Barbara Sisson) of Omaha, Nebraska, Lucy Sisson Wilhelm of Farmington and William Matteson Sisson (Kathleen Cullen Sisson) of Avon, Connecticut.; and her grandchildren, Jack, Mary, Frances, Rob, Chris, Corey, Sean, Billy, Nicole, Thomas and Andrew. She is also survived by many other relatives, cousins and extended family.
