He was predeceased by: his parents, Flora Bates and Harvey Pollock Sr. Timothy; and his brother Richard Pollock. He is survived by: his wife Patti Pollock of Mt Upton; his daughters, Amy Pollock Drake (Joel) of Binghamton and Jennifer Pollock of Norwich; his stepdaughters, Nicole Bracken (Rebecca) of Middletown and Rachel Wolcott (Matt Crawford) of Morris; his granddaughters, Taylor Pollock, Clara, Lucy Drake, Juliette Bracken and Emily Crawford; his siblings, Sheila Ditty (Mike) of Florida, Kathi Parker of Florida, Gaynel Waters (Joe) of Pennsylvania and Harvey Pollock Jr. of Norwich; his stepmother Joyce Pollock of Norwich; and his cousin Bruce Bates. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
