She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Knapp; her former husband Harold Wilson; her children, Eric and Tracy; and her brother Ralph VanPelt.
She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Pelayes (Susie) and Bruce VanPelt; her children, Sonia Edwards (Jim), Brenda Welsh (Milton), Karen Gildersleeve (Mike) and Richard Knapp (Bethanne); and her grandchildren, Jim Jr., Heidi, Melissa, Dom, Mike Jr., Jon, Rick, Jesse and Aliya. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
