He is survived by: his parents, Frank Hofmann and Linda Hofmann (Schneider); his parents-in-law, Tom Caroll (Wendy) and Rita Bush; his sister Elizabeth Bunce; his niece Sophia Bunce; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Fox and Raven Rydzy; and also Diane Hofmann. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
