Percival of Mount Upton, New York, born in Sidney, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Percival and Florence Percival (Tobey). He is survived by: his wife Rita Cotter; and his children, Shelly Alger (Steven), Jim Percival (Cheryl) and Penny Currie (Mike). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be directed to Hospice of Chenango County, 21 Hayes St. Norwich, NY 13815.
