He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Percival and Florence Percival (Tobey). He is survived by: his wife Rita Cotter; and his children, Shelly Alger (Steven), Jim Percival (Cheryl) and Penny Currie (Mike). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
