She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Spiegelberg and Mary Lybert Spiegelberg; her stepson Norman Nielson; and her sisters, Elsie Van Dusen, Lydia Petley and Edna Berndt.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Nielson (Lacey) of Modesto, CA; and her grandchildren, Erica Krysztoff (Mike), Lisa Miller (Ryan) of Reno, NV, Stephanie Nielson and Robert Nielson (Ruthie) of Little Rock, AR. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Salvation Army or the Maplewood Cemetery Association, Mount Upton, NY.
