He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Countryman and Minnie Barnhardt Countryman; and his brother Leonard Countryman. He is survived by: his wife Audrey M. Staats Countryman; his stepchildren, Nancy Hudler (Glenn) of Mt. Tremper and David Staats (Roxanne) of Yuma, AZ; his grandchildren, Danielle Proudman (Robbie), Jeremy Hudler, Cody Staats (Nancy), Sierra Staats, Corrie Hopman (Matt) and Payson Staats; his great grandchildren, William and Tamzin Proudman; and his brother Kenneth Countryman of New Jersey.
