She was predeceased by: her husband Wade. She is survived by: her sons, Wade, Keith, Todd, Darrin and David; and her sister Alice. She is also survived by her sons, she is survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the Cummings family has requested donations be made to Wading River Congregational Church.
