It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amelia Ellingworth in Mount Sinai, New York, born in Fort Polk, Louisiana, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Henry Collins. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Cody and Owen; her mother Katherine "Kate" Collins; and her siblings, Virginia Williams (Daniel), H. Eaton Collins (Julie) and Elizabeth Azinheira (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, her aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Falardeau Funeral Home (93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Augustine's Church (7333 Obrien Rd, Baldwinsville, NY 13027).
