He is survived by: his children, Mary Alice Provo (Geary) of Florida, Richard J. Estruch (Holly) of Avon and Janet Wilkerson of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Kelley Fantauzzo (Anthony) of Florida, Keith Provo (Traci) of Geneseo, Nicole Mirra (Vito) of Florida, Jaime Hill (Michael) of North Carolina and Jodi Wilkerson; his great grandchildren, Dominic, Giovanni, Juliana Provo, Ty, Mia Hill, Anthony Fantauzzo II and Nico Mirra; his siblings, Theresa Gambino, Angelina Jacobs, Antoinette Pendergast, Sylvia Hanna (Howard), Anthony Estruch (Shirley) and Julie Arena; his friend Patti Diliberto of Leicester; and his pet Ozzie. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews.
