We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2018, at the age of 78, Joseph F. Cicero (Mount Morris, New York), born in Addison, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vito Cicero and Rose Cicero (Scaglione); and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his sister Maryann Scoter of Arkport; his brother-in-law Ronald Van Scoter of Arkport; and also Ron Muchard. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces whom he enjoyed watching grow up; an extended family of many cousins.
