He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Swanson and Mabel Swanson (Bentley); his wife Helen; and his sister Elaine Opdyke. He is survived by: his children, Colleen Swanson Coburn (James) of Mt. Morris, Jeffrey Swanson of Mt. Morris, Valerie Swanson Schleigh (Chuck) of Livonia and Stephanie Swanson Bemish (Bill) of Honeoye Falls.
