He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodman King Tilt Sr. and Jean Preston Tilt of Mount Kisco, NY.; and his grandparents, Mabel Gabriel, Lewis Butler Preston of Mount Kisco, NY and Albert Tilt of New York City.
He is survived by: his spouse Marilen Grosjean Tilt; his children, Emlen Knight Cabot (Robert), Elizabeth Tilt Weiner (Frederick), Mary Tilt Hammond (Stephen) and Rodman King Tilt III (Christina); his grandchildren, Olivia Weiner, B. Louis Weiner, Stefanie Fishman, Marilen Hammond, Julia Hammond and Caroline Tilt; and his siblings, Jean Tilt Sammis (Sam) and Priscilla Tilt Pochna.
