“I was the psychologist at the Westchester exceptional children school for about 30 years and in 2005 I retired from a place and a staff that was very special to me. Before leaving I was asked to find a replacement and the first name that came to mind was Neil's. I suggested that they contact him and he accepted the job. I left New York and moved to North Carolina so I didn't have much direct contact with Neil but I heard the school was grateful to have him.”
