She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Teixeira and Marie Teixeira; and her siblings, Manuel Teixeira and Louise Hawley. She is survived by: her nephews, Paul Teixeira, Mark Hawley and Matthew Hawley (Julie); her niece Gail Conneely (John); her great-niece Alexis Hawley; and her great-nephews, Liam Hawley, Christian and Nickolas Teixeira.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Rosary Hill Home, Hawthorne, or St. Francis of Assisi Church, Mt. Kisco, are appreciated.

“Margaret was truly a dear lady I looked up to at the church. She taught religious education to our Confirmation students and always filled in whenever I need a substitute. She did so much for the parish that her presence is missed greatly. She was tough on the outside but a teddy bear on the inside. I could go on and on about the many things she did just for me at the church but the list would be too long. May you rest in eternal peace with our Lord. you are missed greatly”
