He was predeceased by: his wife Madeline Hauser Kushner (Mady); his sister Rhonda Kushner Mitchell; and his sister-in-law Arlene Hauser Sheff. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Kushner (Joanne) of Cross River, NY and Brian Kushner (Jen) of Jupiter, FL; his grandchildren, Stefanie, Jonathan and Kendall Kushner; his sister-in-law Roberta Hauser Carrier (Ron) of Athens, GA; his nieces, Deborah Johnson, Brenda Lazarus, Debbie Andrews and Alissa Carrier; his nephew Steven Mitchell; his son Lloyd; his pet Campbell; and his friends, Lori Stratton and Chris Kittrick.
