He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Denise Banks; and his parents, Lloyd Banks, Sr. and Jane Banks. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Banks, Jennifer Porcelli and Scott Banks; his son-in-law Robert Porcelli; his granddaughter Charlotte Porcelli; and his siblings, Johnny, Bobby, Jeffrey Banks and Kathy Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
