He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Peters; his brother Dan Kelley; his sister-in-law Lillian Kelley; his sister Betsy Coakley; his children, Linda McHugh, Kevin Kelley, Laura Arsenault and David Kelley; his grandchildren, Ben McHugh, Bryan McHugh (Kristina), Phil Leopardi (DeeDra), Sean, Eric, Adam Arsenault and Ryan Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon Leopardi, Cash McHugh and Cannon McHugh.
