He is survived by: his mother Carol Nee Ford (Lindquist); his wife Nancy Ball Ford; his sons, Donald (Bonnie), Kevin (Venessa) and Brendan; his granddaughters, Molly and Maggie; his father Don Ford; and his brother Allen Ford. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his name may be made to SPCA of Westchester 590 N. State Road Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510.
