He is survived by: his wife Rocchina Romano Terlizzi of Mount Kisco, NY; his children, Michael and Maria; his sister Antonette Monaco; and his grandchildren, Anthony Terlizzi of Westport, CT, Danielle Helminger of Brewster, NY, Richard Oliveri of San Jose, CA, Alexis Muscariello of Putnam Valley, NY, Melissa Cacciola of Brewster, NY. and Matthew Cacciola of Brewster, NY.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
