He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas B. O'Neil and Mary C. Lee O'Neil; and his sister Sandra Knapp. He is survived by: his wife Gail A. Thomas O'Neil; his son James O'Neil (Tina) of Locke; and his granddaughter Harper O'Neil of Locke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
