With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Tayntor (Morrisville, New York), born in Eaton, New York, who passed away on May 6, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foster Tayntor and Cecil Sellers Tayntor; his wife Elizabeth "Betty" J. Martin; his children, Arthur, Linda Tayntor of Oneida, Zaida and John Gunlogson of Canastota; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Tayntor of Seminole, FL, Aaron Tayntor (Jessica Frenyea) of Greenville, NY, Alison DeGroff (Douglas) of Tulare, CA, Tracy Lawrence (Sonya Merkle) of Canastota, Douglas Doxtater (Jennifer) of Canastota and Scott Doxtater (Tina) of Peterboro; his great grandchildren, Trystan, Aria Tayntor, Drew, Luke, Makenna DeGroff, Kelsey, Brandon Lawrence, Bailey, Zachary, Lila Doxtater, Aiden and Katelyn Doxtater; and his siblings, Vera Jean Bell and Wayne Tayntor. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
