He was predeceased by: his father Robert Galen Glass. He is survived by: his pet James; his son Andrew Maxfield; his mother Jeanne Hagerman Glass; and his siblings, Catherine A. Bury (Douglas), Robert K Glass (Maggie) and P. Jeffrey Glass (Helen).

A very big celebration of Doug's life will be held when the COVID situation is resolved.
