She is survived by: her brother Ronald K. Simmons; her daughters, Jennifer L. Perry of Lantana, Debra J. Perry of Denver and Nicole A. Tomassini of Ogdensburg, NY; her grandchildren, Kylie A. Tomassini, Rhea H. Baldwin and Dalton L. Baldwin; and her caregiver Karen Peck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other family and friends.
