He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Coffey; his parents, George Beggs and Inez Beggs (Rutherford); and his son-in-law Spencer Montroy. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Ann Collett (Joe) of Morristown, Lisa Newby of Morristown and Akiko Kumagai of Tokyo, Japan.; his grandchildren, Carson Beggs of Morristown, Liberty of Morristown, Alaina Montroy of Morristown, Carissa Collett of Morristown and Kadence Collett of Tampa, Florida.; and his brothers, Donald Beggs (Harriet) of Ogdensburg, Steve Beggs (Susan) of Lafayette, NY and John Beggs (Vera) of Rome, NY.
