He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Black; and his sister Heather Montbriand. He is survived by: his siblings, Lonnie Powers of Massachusetts, Suzanne Alger of Plattsburgh, Michael Rhinehart of Morrisonville, Connie DeForge of Pennsylvania and Eunice Deyo of West Chazy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
