We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Sandra Jean Tavernia of Morrisonville, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sherman and Margaret Sherman (LaDue); and her brothers-in-law, Daniel Fleury and Palmer Foote. She is survived by: her son James R. Tavernia (Jim) of Peru; her daughter-in-law Polly Tavernia of Peru; her daughter Lynn M.; her son-in-law David Trombly of Chazy; her grandchildren, Justin, Nathan Trombly of Burlington, Vt., Sarah Tavernia (Seth Schaefer) of Peru and Michael Tavernia of Peru; her great grandchild Jacklyn of Peru; her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Tavernia (Joanne) of Naples, Fla., Deborah Foote (James Seeber) of Massena, Brenda Fleury of Constable and Susan Tavernia of Albany; and her sister Jane "Josie" Way. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
