It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta M. Foster of Morrisonville, New York, born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kelley and Edith Kelley (Deyo); her husband Glen M. Foster (Poppy); and her half-sister Jane Patnode. She is survived by: her children, Glen M. Foster (Rose), Garry M. Foster (Natalie) and Michelle L. Cartier (Lyle); and her siblings, Fred Kelley, Jr. and Helen Pepper (Ed). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Nana's favorite Charities, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, or St. Joseph's Indian School (Lakota- Native American students in South Dakota).
