She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar and Minnie Rabideau, Sr. (Miller); her husband Wilfred C. Carter; her son Jerry Carter; and her brothers-in-law, Frank Baker and Lee Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, James "Jimmy" Carter, Susan Benoit (Jack), Cynthia McGee (Robert) and Nancy Carter; her siblings, Oscar Rabideau, Jr., Kenneth Rabideau (Barbara), Thomas Rabideau (Jane), Lawrence Rabideau (Debbie), Terry Rabideau (Heidi), Judy Sorrell (Peter), Jennette Baker, Diane Gordon, Bernadette Mashtare (John) and Sandra Heidlemark (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Anna Tamer, Mitchell Tamer, Sean McGee, Meghan McGee, Cory McGee, Anthony Carter and Jessica Carter. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
